Just landed in Austin for my blogging workshop at Wizard Academy tomorrow and I had to swing by the construction zone (it’s really too big to be a construction site) of the Cabela’s development here.

The earthmovers are out in force getting the land ready for a big, big deal. It’s hard to tell from my photo, but the preparation extends all the way to the row of houses in the back of the field. It’s not happening in a corner of this field. This field or former ranch IS the project.
