Somebody please tell me if this is a smart move. Cap Gemini buys Ernst & Young. Now, they’re dropping the Ernst & Young moniker and will embark on a “branding” campaign to let us know that they are now Capgemini.
Maybe it’s because I share a name with the company, but if ever in my life you asked me to name a big accounting firm, Ernst & Young popped into my head. Capgemini means nothing to me, and I can’t name another big accounting firm. (maybe because it’s too early in the morning, may because I don’t need one).
