Howard put up a post today that does a fabulous job of explaining our approach to web traffic. Think of it this way: What if you owned a Grocery Store and only completed a sale to 85% of your store traffic? You’d be the sorriest damn grocery store in the world. Yet if you’re an on-line company, you’re probably thrilled to sell to 5% (or even 2-3%) of your web traffic. Are you nuts?
